1. What are the strengths of the Consultant's qualifications ?
The Consultant has 49 years experience in Electrical Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management. Mr. Luddy is also the President of the Delaware Valley Power Quality Group. He has extensive experience in testing and analysis for Power Quality problems including power factor correction, drives and computer tripping and operational interruptions. He is considered one of the leaders in the field of Power Quality for the Tristate area by other professionals including the Utility.
The Consultant is a Registered Professional Engineer in 4 States. He has had considerable design experience in high and medium voltage design, testing, preventative maintenance, including substations. He has designed power, lighting, emergency power, fire alarm and communication systems for hundreds of buildings and facilities.
